Vopak Moda Houston Terminal Interest
The Vopak Moda Terminal company and its financial sponsor EnCap Flatrock Midstream have successfully sold Moda’s 50% stake in the Vopak Moda Houston terminal joint venture to Exolum, a renowned European liquid product logistics company with operations in nine countries, based in Madrid. The agreement’s terms were not made public.

Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to the EnCap Flatrock Midstream team for their assistance throughout our many years of collaboration as we put the Moda Houston terminal facility, the Moda Ingleside Energy Center, and other Moda assets up for sale.
